About us
ITDev provides fully managed technology design services from its modern high-tech offices on the Southampton Science Park. Despite being a small company with a family atmosphere, our software and electronics designs touch the lives of millions of people every day. Whether it is through our contributions to the Android operating system, or through our work on broadcast equipment that delivers television content throughout the world, you have probably experienced the results of some of our projects already.
Our talented software engineers and electronic design engineers work with companies to create world-class products. We typically develop:

- FPGA solutions
Our culture is to support all staff with their development, both professionally and personally. We do this through our appraisal scheme, regular 1-2-1s and informal meetings. Every staff member has a mentor to help reflect on their career planning as well as their progress to date.
Graduate Employment
We seek high calibre graduates who should possess (or be predicted) a minimum 2:1 in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a similar degree.
You must have a strong work ethic and you must be excited by varied and technically challenging projects.
We are particularly interested in students with experience of:
- Machine vision
- Image/video processing
- Digital signal processing
- Audio
