Roke Manor Research is an innovative solutions provider and contract R&D specialist, owned by Siemens and based in Romsey. We pioneer developments in electronic sensors, networks, and communications technology, providing products and services to Siemens businesses, Government departments, and commercial customers.

Employing 460 people, we are the largest employer in Romsey and the only dedicated Siemens research centre in the UK.

We are looking for graduates with a minimum 2:1 or First Class Honours degree to work in one of our technical areas. Your degree should ideally be in one of the following:

Electronics, Systems Engineering, Physics or Mathematics with computer programming experience, Computer Science or similar subjects.

Training

As a graduate at Roke you will be enrolled on our two-year IET accredited Graduate Development Programme. As well as on-the-job training you will receive formal skills training at a range of Siemens sites in courses such as presentation skills, customer focus, business writing and project management fundamentals. Throughout your development you will have the opportunity to run customer funded projects, liaise with customers, work on important bids as well as developing your technical expertise with some of the world experts in their field.
