Every role within TfL is vital. So, we'll help you build up your knowledge and confidence so that you're ready to take on yours.
Initially you'll work on a range of placements, lasting up to six months each. They've been designed to equip you with the skills you'll need to understand your business area. After that, you'll move into your first role within TfL. We'll make sure that your development plan is tailored to your needs, as well as the requirements of your scheme.
You can be rest assured that our programme offers plenty of variety too. You'll enjoy a broad view of our organisation and the chance to meet different people across the business.
