Entry requirements

The entry requirements for our postgraduate Electronics and Computer Science (ECS) taught programmes are generally a first-class or upper second-class degree at the equivalent of a UK Bachelors or Masters level in a related science, such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering and Computer Science.

If you are an international student, you will need to ensure that your English language qualifications meet our entry requirements. For our taught programmes, we require an IELTS level of 6.5 with at least 6.0 in each competency.
